the Malicious face or "maurice" is a boss enemy introduced in 0-1 as a boss, but the Malicious Face does become a fairly common enemy in later levels. their main attack is to fire a burst of hell orbs that can be parried to the Malicious Face or to other enemies dealing great damage and giving a full heal. The Malicious Face can also shoot as beam similar to the
Malicious Railcannon a hitscan beam that will explode on enemies and walls dealing 50 damage. right before the beam is fired a yellow flash and sound will play. indicationg that upon punching the Malicious Face it's beam will be parried healing V1 and dealing great damage. The fastest ways to deal with a Malicious Face is to shoot the first orb it fires with the
Sharpshooter revolver alt fire, and to hit it with a full impact jackhammer both will instantly kill it. Malicious face takes extra damage from nails so the
nailgun is a great way to deal with it.
