These guys SUCK, I hate them so much! best way to deal with them is to throw a coin behind their back and shoot it. They will dodge attacks and parry rockets and cannonballs. They dodge shotgun shots, ground slam, and whiplash. If you get close they will use a flamethrower that deals a lot a dps. They cannot be parried. If they dodge they will have a three second cooldown so using two ground slams is a good way to get them in the air where they can't dodge.
