Despite it being a waste of resources, Mindflayers will use everything in its power to protect the plastic body from harm, even if that means destroying itself in the process. Mindflayers seem to prefer a female form, though very rare occasions of male forms have also been recorded.

The Mindflayer is super annoying to kill, as it can teleport any distance and attack.
It is able to fire multible homing projectiles that are easily parried.
It will also try to swipe at V1 with it's tendrils. This attack is parryable.
It can also fire a tracking lazer that will sweep in the direction of V1. jumping over it or dashing past it are good options. the mindflayer is easy to take out with the jackhammer with a red speed, and railcoins.
after death they will self distruct exploding a large area dealing lot's of damage. Fun fact Mindflayers are trans coded!!!
